Chicalim Sarpanch Kamla Prasad Yadav was felicitated by Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho after receiving the Best Sarpanch award for contribution towards rural development.
The ceremony at the minister's office in New Vaddem marked the seventh award recognition for Chicalim Panchayat under current leadership. Minister Godinho urged other panchayats to take inspiration from Chicalim's development and welfare record.
